Omer Lifts 19K Lbs Capacity MCO Mobile Column Lifts

The new OMER MCO series of wireless, heavy-duty, electro-hydraulic mobile column lifts have been designed to increase productivity in workshops, servicing both commercial or public sector vehicles. The new MCO columns are also designed to complement the popular OMER KAR and VEGA platform lifting systems, currently in service worldwide.

• Compact design provides greater maneuverability and a lower center of gravity. “Easy Steer” spring assisted steering handle has a tight turning radius and more effective on rough floor surfaces.
• Greater flexibility – OMER’s Mobile Columns can be used as single, pairs, or sets of up to 10.
• Premium option and accessories (Sold separately) can expand the lifts capabilities & productivity – wide range of accessories include portable adjustable wheel stands, chassis lifting beams, fork lift adapter, light truck adapter, snow plow wing adapter, Pelican style street sweeper adapter and a NEMA rated waterproof cabinet.
• Lower maintenance costs – lifetime PET (Teflon) carriage bearings, premium Fiamm industrial style “Lead Calcium” batteries with recirculation technology, Bosh pump and motors, and double-bake powder coat finish, extends the service life and lowers operating costs.
• Precision levelling & control – Tablet style control with color LCD display provides live pictorial and numerical information including lifting height, weight, battery status and 22 diagnostic fault codes.
• Designed for greater technician productivity – columns can achieve maximum height in 85 seconds. Premium batteries will provide up to 25 lifts (at 85% loaded capacity) before requiring a recharge. Two-speed lowering with audible alarm allows for fast and safe lowering.
