Equipment Delivery Options
At Wholesale Lifts, our commitment is to provide you with the best customer service. We offer you various delivery options so that you can choose the one that best fits your needs.
I have the equipment to unload my order
Do you have a forklift, a high-capacity hoist, or a tractor in your facility? In that case, this option may be the one for you.
What to keep in mind when choosing this option:
- The most popular 2-post lifts (with 9,000 lb and 10,000 lb capacity) have a shipping weight of approximately 1,400 lbs and 1,900 lbs, respectively. On the other hand, a 15,000 lb capacity 2-post lift has a 2,700 lb shipping weight.
- Given the packaged lift and hydraulic power unit’s weight, they cannot be unloaded from the trailer by hand. Simply put, IT IS MANDATORY TO USE A SUITABLE FORKLIFT OR HOIST FOR UNLOADING THE LIFT.
- You are solely responsible for unloading your equipment from the truck. The truck driver cannot do this for you.
- Wholesale Lifts uses trustworthy freight companies to make the deliveries. It is your responsibility to be present on the scheduled date and time of the delivery.
- There will be a receiver charge, which varies by carrier (typically $100+), if the truck driver arrives at the designated location and the customer does not have the necessary means ready to unload the lift.
In case you do not have the necessary equipment to unload the equipment do not worry. Wholesale Lifts offers other delivery options.
Pick up at one of our warehouses
Do you have a hitch trailer to transport your lift? If so, then this might be the best option.
What to keep in mind when choosing this option:
- Wholesale Lifts and our brands’ warehouses have the means to load your car lift into an appropriate trailer.
- Given the weight and dimensions of car lifts, we cannot load lifts directly into vehicles or trucks. To safely transport your lift, you will need a hitch trailer.
Will this option not work for you? Perhaps the warehouse is too far from your location? If so, keep reading.
Dock Hold from LTL Carrier
Think of this option as a variation of the previous one. Even so, this could be an excellent alternative to picking up the lift at one of our warehouses. Instead, we can take the car lift to a warehouse closer to your location.
You will still need a hitch trailer to transport the lift for this option, but you can save on freight costs if you have an LTL Carrier close to your shop.
Ship directly to a local installer
Neither of the above delivery options suits you? Then we have the solution.
We will dispatch your lifts directly to a local installer in your area. This way, you will not have to worry about anything since the installer would be in charge of the logistics.
What to keep in mind when choosing this option:
- You still have to pay the freight fee to the installer (or dock hold for the installer to pick up the lift)
- We will quote the installation fee before you pay for the lift so that you can get an idea of the total amount to pay (car lift + freight + installation)
Do you have another delivery option in mind? In that case, do not hesitate to contact us. At Wholesale Lifts, we are open to all kinds of solutions, as long as they comply with the relevant local regulations and safety standards.

Get more reach and access in a compact service bay with the MDS-6EX mid-rise scissor lift. Built with 6,000-lb. capacity, extended platforms and an open-center design, this car lift supports brake, tire, suspension, body and underbody service without requiring a full-height lift. It is a practical choice for shops and garages that need strong mid-rise lifting capability with a smaller footprint.

Long-Wheelbase Vehicles Finally Get a Mid-Rise Lift
The BendPak MDS-6EXT Extended Open-Center Mid-Rise Scissor Lift is built for vehicles with longer wheelbases and wider lift point spreads, including many modern electric vehicles. With extended lifting points and a 6,000-lb. capacity, the MDS-6EXT helps technicians reach farther toward the edges of the vehicle underbody while keeping the open-center service access that makes the MDS-6 family so useful. This extended-platform mid-rise lift is designed for shops that need more reach than a standard mid-rise platform can provide. It gives technicians a safer, more confident way to position longer vehicles for brake work, wheel service, inspections, detailing, and underbody maintenance without jumping all the way to a full-rise lift.

Extended Ramps for Lower Vehicles and Larger Tires
The MDS-6EXT uses extended approach ramps that help low-stance vehicles and vehicles with larger tires roll onto the platforms more easily. The longer ramp profile creates a smoother entry path, helping reduce the awkward loading feel that shorter, steeper approaches can create. The ramps can be clipped on when needed and removed when better service access is required. That flexibility lets shops set up the lift around the work, whether the priority is easy loading, better wheel-well access, or a cleaner service area around the vehicle.

Pneumatic Kicker and Four-Cylinder Hydraulic Lift
A pneumatic kicker assists the MDS-6EXT through the first 6 inches of lift, helping overcome the mechanical disadvantage that scissor lifts face at low collapsed heights. Once the platforms are moving, four hydraulic cylinders take over to raise the vehicle to about 45 inches quickly and efficiently. A built-in flow divider helps ensure equal pressure to each hydraulic hose, supporting an even rise and descent. The combination of pneumatic assistance, hydraulic power, and extended platforms makes the MDS-6EXT especially useful for longer vehicles that demand careful setup.

Automatic Locks and Serviceable Wear Points
Solid-steel safety lock bars engage automatically and continuously during ascent, transferring working load onto mechanical locks when secured. This helps reduce reliance on hydraulic pressure while technicians work beneath or around the raised vehicle. Stainless-steel pneumatic cylinders release the locks during descent with the push of a button, while Zerk grease fittings at hinge points help protect critical wear areas. Four durable cushioned-rubber contact blocks are included for fast vehicle setup at the proper lifting points.

- Extended Platform Reach — Longer platforms help reach lift points on longer wheelbase vehicles, well suited to many modern EVs.
- 6,000-lb. Capacity — Built to lift cars and light-duty vehicles with mid-rise convenience and added platform length.
- Open-Center Service Access — Keeps more of the vehicle underside accessible for brake, wheel, suspension, and inspection work.
- Extended Approach Ramps — Longer ramps help low-stance vehicles and larger tires load more smoothly. Remove them when the job calls for better access.
- Pneumatic Kicker Assist — Air-powered assistance helps the platforms through the first 6 inches of travel for a stronger start.
- Four-Cylinder Hydraulics — Four hydraulic cylinders and a flow divider support even, stable, controlled platform movement.
