Equipment Delivery Options

At Wholesale Lifts, our commitment is to provide you with the best customer service. We offer you various delivery options so that you can choose the one that best fits your needs.

I have the equipment to unload my order

Do you have a forklift, a high-capacity hoist, or a tractor in your facility? In that case, this option may be the one for you.

What to keep in mind when choosing this option:

  • The most popular 2-post lifts (with 9,000 lb and 10,000 lb capacity) have a shipping weight of approximately 1,400 lbs and 1,900 lbs, respectively. On the other hand, a 15,000 lb capacity 2-post lift has a 2,700 lb shipping weight.
  • Given the packaged lift and hydraulic power unit’s weight, they cannot be unloaded from the trailer by hand. Simply put, IT IS MANDATORY TO USE A SUITABLE FORKLIFT OR HOIST FOR UNLOADING THE LIFT.
  • You are solely responsible for unloading your equipment from the truck. The truck driver cannot do this for you.
  • Wholesale Lifts uses trustworthy freight companies to make the deliveries. It is your responsibility to be present on the scheduled date and time of the delivery.
  • There will be a receiver charge, which varies by carrier (typically $100+), if the truck driver arrives at the designated location and the customer does not have the necessary means ready to unload the lift.

In case you do not have the necessary equipment to unload the equipment do not worry. Wholesale Lifts offers other delivery options.

Pick up at one of our warehouses

Do you have a hitch trailer to transport your lift? If so, then this might be the best option.

What to keep in mind when choosing this option:

  • Wholesale Lifts and our brands’ warehouses have the means to load your car lift into an appropriate trailer.
  • Given the weight and dimensions of car lifts, we cannot load lifts directly into vehicles or trucks. To safely transport your lift, you will need a hitch trailer.

Will this option not work for you? Perhaps the warehouse is too far from your location? If so, keep reading.

Dock Hold from LTL Carrier

Think of this option as a variation of the previous one. Even so, this could be an excellent alternative to picking up the lift at one of our warehouses. Instead, we can take the car lift to a warehouse closer to your location.

You will still need a hitch trailer to transport the lift for this option, but you can save on freight costs if you have an LTL Carrier close to your shop.

Ship directly to a local installer

Neither of the above delivery options suits you? Then we have the solution.

We will dispatch your lifts directly to a local installer in your area. This way, you will not have to worry about anything since the installer would be in charge of the logistics.

What to keep in mind when choosing this option:

  • You still have to pay the freight fee to the installer (or dock hold for the installer to pick up the lift)
  • We will quote the installation fee before you pay for the lift so that you can get an idea of the total amount to pay (car lift + freight + installation)

Do you have another delivery option in mind? In that case, do not hesitate to contact us. At Wholesale Lifts, we are open to all kinds of solutions, as long as they comply with the relevant local regulations and safety standards.

Maximum wheel-service capability starts with the BendPak RBJ25000, a 25,000-lbs. capacity rolling bridge jack built for the HDS40 four-post truck lift. Designed for heavy-duty commercial fleets and oversized vehicles, the RBJ25000 raises wheels off the runways so technicians can perform tire, brake, suspension, and axle service with more access and control. Not compatible with HDS27 models.

Maximum-Capacity Bridge Jack Power for the Biggest Jobs

Maximum-Capacity Bridge Jack Power for the Biggest Jobs

The BendPak RBJ25000 Rolling Bridge Jack is the heavyweight option in this bridge jack group, delivering 25,000 lbs. of lifting capacity for extreme truck, bus, and commercial vehicle service. Two RBJ25000 bridge jacks can support a vehicle up to 50,000 lbs. when used correctly, making this model the right choice when wheel-service demands are at their highest. Heavy-duty trucks and buses often require bridge jacks rated for more than half of the vehicle's total weight because axle weight and center of gravity can vary dramatically. The RBJ25000 is built for HDS-40 four-post lift applications where maximum bridge jack capacity, commercial durability, and full wheel-service access are all part of the job.

25,000-lb. Capacity for HDS-40 Lift Applications

25,000-lb. Capacity for HDS-40 Lift Applications

The RBJ25000 is over-engineered for extremely heavy vehicles and offset centers of gravity, giving shops the capacity needed for serious commercial service. Generally speaking, if a vehicle can be safely lifted with an HDS-40 four-post lift, the RBJ25000 is the matching rolling bridge jack for wheel-service work. This model is for operations that service the big stuff: heavy-duty trucks, buses, and specialty vehicles where smaller bridge jacks simply are not appropriate. It provides the capacity headroom needed to raise wheels clear while the four-post lift supports the vehicle platform.

Steel Pads and Commercial Contact Strength

Steel Pads and Commercial Contact Strength

BendPak equips the RBJ25000 with steel contact pads built to stand up to heavy-duty service environments. The four steel pads support both axle and vehicle lifting-point contact, giving operators the contact durability expected from a bridge jack made for 25,000-lb. lifting work. The jack is designed to position beneath heavy vehicles before lifting, with contact pads that support demanding commercial applications. For shops handling large vehicles day after day, durable pad construction is not a small detail. It is the part of the job where capacity, contact, and confidence meet.

Dedicated Pneumatic-Hydraulic Power with Three Lock Positions

Dedicated Pneumatic-Hydraulic Power with Three Lock Positions

A powerful pneumatic-hydraulic power unit gives the RBJ25000 its dedicated lifting source. When using two bridge jacks, separate air lines can be connected together with BendPak's optional air-line kit, helping keep the heavy-duty setup cleaner and easier to manage. The foot-pedal-controlled system raises the jack with simple operator input, while three lock positions provide service-height flexibility. The RBJ25000 is built to raise 25,000 lbs. quickly and support premium safety standards at every lock position during demanding wheel, tire, brake, and undercarriage service.
