At its core, the OctaFlex combines a 12,000-lb two-post lift with an integrated auxiliary lifting system capable of supporting up to 6,000 lbs. This allows technicians to raise the vehicle while maintaining controlled support of heavy components such as cabs, drivetrains, and battery packs during service.
A Purpose-Built Lifting System for Modern Repairs
The OctaFlex platform combines four primary lifting arms with four auxiliary lift-assist arms, creating a system capable of supporting both the vehicle and key components during service. The primary arms provide 12,000 lbs of lifting capacity, while the auxiliary system supports up to 6,000 lbs of additional load.
Triple-Telescoping Lift Arms Provide Exceptional Reach
Patent-pending triple-telescoping swing arms extend farther and retract shorter than conventional lift arms, giving technicians more flexibility when positioning lift points across a wide range of vehicles.
