Equipment Delivery Options
At Wholesale Lifts, our commitment is to provide you with the best customer service. We offer you various delivery options so that you can choose the one that best fits your needs.
I have the equipment to unload my order
Do you have a forklift, a high-capacity hoist, or a tractor in your facility? In that case, this option may be the one for you.
What to keep in mind when choosing this option:
- The most popular 2-post lifts (with 9,000 lb and 10,000 lb capacity) have a shipping weight of approximately 1,400 lbs and 1,900 lbs, respectively. On the other hand, a 15,000 lb capacity 2-post lift has a 2,700 lb shipping weight.
- Given the packaged lift and hydraulic power unit’s weight, they cannot be unloaded from the trailer by hand. Simply put, IT IS MANDATORY TO USE A SUITABLE FORKLIFT OR HOIST FOR UNLOADING THE LIFT.
- You are solely responsible for unloading your equipment from the truck. The truck driver cannot do this for you.
- Wholesale Lifts uses trustworthy freight companies to make the deliveries. It is your responsibility to be present on the scheduled date and time of the delivery.
- There will be a receiver charge, which varies by carrier (typically $100+), if the truck driver arrives at the designated location and the customer does not have the necessary means ready to unload the lift.
In case you do not have the necessary equipment to unload the equipment do not worry. Wholesale Lifts offers other delivery options.
Pick up at one of our warehouses
Do you have a hitch trailer to transport your lift? If so, then this might be the best option.
What to keep in mind when choosing this option:
- Wholesale Lifts and our brands’ warehouses have the means to load your car lift into an appropriate trailer.
- Given the weight and dimensions of car lifts, we cannot load lifts directly into vehicles or trucks. To safely transport your lift, you will need a hitch trailer.
Will this option not work for you? Perhaps the warehouse is too far from your location? If so, keep reading.
Dock Hold from LTL Carrier
Think of this option as a variation of the previous one. Even so, this could be an excellent alternative to picking up the lift at one of our warehouses. Instead, we can take the car lift to a warehouse closer to your location.
You will still need a hitch trailer to transport the lift for this option, but you can save on freight costs if you have an LTL Carrier close to your shop.
Ship directly to a local installer
Neither of the above delivery options suits you? Then we have the solution.
We will dispatch your lifts directly to a local installer in your area. This way, you will not have to worry about anything since the installer would be in charge of the logistics.
What to keep in mind when choosing this option:
- You still have to pay the freight fee to the installer (or dock hold for the installer to pick up the lift)
- We will quote the installation fee before you pay for the lift so that you can get an idea of the total amount to pay (car lift + freight + installation)
Do you have another delivery option in mind? In that case, do not hesitate to contact us. At Wholesale Lifts, we are open to all kinds of solutions, as long as they comply with the relevant local regulations and safety standards.

Purpose-built for forklift maintenance, the BendPak HDS40FL is a 40,000-lbs. capacity four-post forklift lift that replaces unsafe wood-block service setups with a stable, drive-on lifting platform. It provides strong support, open undercar access, and efficient positioning for safer inspections, repairs, and service work.
Forklift Service Finally Gets the Four-Post Lift It Deserves

The BendPak HDS40FL Four-Post Lift is purpose-built for forklift service, giving industrial facilities and fleet maintenance teams a safer, more efficient way to raise compact, heavy machines with concentrated axle and mast loads. With 40,000 lbs. of capacity, this forklift lift is designed around the way electric and internal combustion forklifts are actually maintained, not around passenger-car lift assumptions.
Forklifts are low, compact, and heavy in all the wrong places for ordinary service equipment. The HDS40FL solves that with a wide, rigid runway platform, low 9.75-inch runway height, and drive-on workflow that helps technicians load, chock, lift, lock, and service forklifts with confidence.
Drive-On Forklift Lift Layout for Industrial Bays

The HDS40FL uses a single-approach design that lets operators drive on, perform service, and back down the same ramp. Spotting is straightforward thanks to 133.75 inches between columns, 109 inches of drive-in clearance, and 197.5-inch runways sized for common electric and IC forklift wheelbases.
This layout supports real industrial workflow where speed, safety, and repeatability matter. The low approach and runway height help reduce the drama of loading compact equipment, while the rigid platform supports the whole truck during maintenance.
Access Where Forklift Technicians Need It

With the forklift resting on the runways, technicians get practical access to steer axles, drive axles, brakes, hubs, belly pans, cooling packs, hydraulic lines, and battery compartments. The lift is built to make routine inspections, repairs, and fleet maintenance easier without forcing technicians into awkward floor-level work.
For wheel-off service, compatible rolling bridge jacks can be added to lift a single axle while the forklift remains supported on the lift. That makes the HDS40FL a more complete forklift service platform for shops handling tires, hubs, brakes, and axle-related work.
High-Cycle Support for Forklift Maintenance Programs

The HDS40FL is built for high-cycle industrial environments, with 13 mechanical lock positions in 4-inch increments and working heights from 20 inches to 67.25 inches. With 69.75 inches of total rise, it gives service teams flexible working height for inspection, maintenance, and repair.
This lift is designed for facilities that need forklift service to be part of the regular workflow, not an improvisation with jacks and stands. For warehouses, distribution centers, equipment fleets, and industrial shops, the HDS40FL gives forklift maintenance a dedicated lift built for the job.
