Equipment Delivery Options
At Wholesale Lifts, our commitment is to provide you with the best customer service. We offer you various delivery options so that you can choose the one that best fits your needs.
I have the equipment to unload my order
Do you have a forklift, a high-capacity hoist, or a tractor in your facility? In that case, this option may be the one for you.
What to keep in mind when choosing this option:
- The most popular 2-post lifts (with 9,000 lb and 10,000 lb capacity) have a shipping weight of approximately 1,400 lbs and 1,900 lbs, respectively. On the other hand, a 15,000 lb capacity 2-post lift has a 2,700 lb shipping weight.
- Given the packaged lift and hydraulic power unit’s weight, they cannot be unloaded from the trailer by hand. Simply put, IT IS MANDATORY TO USE A SUITABLE FORKLIFT OR HOIST FOR UNLOADING THE LIFT.
- You are solely responsible for unloading your equipment from the truck. The truck driver cannot do this for you.
- Wholesale Lifts uses trustworthy freight companies to make the deliveries. It is your responsibility to be present on the scheduled date and time of the delivery.
- There will be a receiver charge, which varies by carrier (typically $100+), if the truck driver arrives at the designated location and the customer does not have the necessary means ready to unload the lift.
In case you do not have the necessary equipment to unload the equipment do not worry. Wholesale Lifts offers other delivery options.
Pick up at one of our warehouses
Do you have a hitch trailer to transport your lift? If so, then this might be the best option.
What to keep in mind when choosing this option:
- Wholesale Lifts and our brands’ warehouses have the means to load your car lift into an appropriate trailer.
- Given the weight and dimensions of car lifts, we cannot load lifts directly into vehicles or trucks. To safely transport your lift, you will need a hitch trailer.
Will this option not work for you? Perhaps the warehouse is too far from your location? If so, keep reading.
Dock Hold from LTL Carrier
Think of this option as a variation of the previous one. Even so, this could be an excellent alternative to picking up the lift at one of our warehouses. Instead, we can take the car lift to a warehouse closer to your location.
You will still need a hitch trailer to transport the lift for this option, but you can save on freight costs if you have an LTL Carrier close to your shop.
Ship directly to a local installer
Neither of the above delivery options suits you? Then we have the solution.
We will dispatch your lifts directly to a local installer in your area. This way, you will not have to worry about anything since the installer would be in charge of the logistics.
What to keep in mind when choosing this option:
- You still have to pay the freight fee to the installer (or dock hold for the installer to pick up the lift)
- We will quote the installation fee before you pay for the lift so that you can get an idea of the total amount to pay (car lift + freight + installation)
Do you have another delivery option in mind? In that case, do not hesitate to contact us. At Wholesale Lifts, we are open to all kinds of solutions, as long as they comply with the relevant local regulations and safety standards.

Built for heavy-duty truck service, commercial fleets, buses, RVs, and oversized vehicles, the BendPak HDS40X delivers 40,000-lbs. of extended-length four-post lifting capacity. Long runways, rugged construction, and BendPak safety engineering give professional shops the strength, stability, and working length needed for serious heavy-duty lifting.
Extended Heavy-Duty Four-Post Capacity for the Longest Loads

The BendPak HDS40X Four-Post Lift is the extended-length giant of the heavy-duty lineup, built for shops that need to raise the longest and heaviest vehicles on the road. With 40,000 lbs. of lifting capacity and massive 310-inch runways, this extended four-post lift is made for buses, long commercial trucks, large fleet vehicles, and serious industrial maintenance spaces that need maximum runway length with maximum lifting authority.
This is not a casual garage lift with a tough-looking badge. The HDS40X is built for military contractors, government fleets, commercial truck repair operations, and large maintenance facilities that need a real industrial-grade lift. If your bay has the ceiling height, floor space, and workload to match it, the HDS40X gives you the reach and muscle to service vehicles most shops cannot even invite inside.
310-Inch Runways for Long Commercial Wheelbases

The defining advantage of the HDS40X is its extended 310-inch runway length. Those longer runways give super-duty commercial vehicles, buses, and long wheelbase trucks the support they need during loading, lifting, parking, and maintenance. For facilities that service longer vehicles, that added runway length is not a luxury. It is the difference between making the job possible and turning it away.
The treaded matte-finish runways help provide tire grip and a durable working surface for high-capacity applications. Combined with BendPak's heavy four-post structure and broad commercial stance, the HDS40X gives technicians a stable platform for long, heavy vehicles that demand more than standard lift dimensions.
40,000-lb. Lifting Hardware Built for Industrial Shops

BendPak backs the HDS40X with supersized 12-inch diameter cable sheaves, galvanized lifting cables, grease nipples, a single hydraulic under-runway cylinder, and an integrated flow restrictor. These heavy-duty systems are designed to deliver controlled lifting performance under the kind of loads found in real fleet and commercial service environments.
A maintenance-free electric hydraulic power system helps keep operation straightforward, while fully enclosed lifting cables help protect critical lifting components. The HDS40X is engineered for shops that expect their lift to work hard, work often, and not flinch when the next long commercial vehicle rolls into the bay.
Safety, Control, and Optional Wheel Service Expansion
The HDS40X includes spring-loaded safety locks, multiple adjustable height locking positions, and a second lock system on constant guard. These safety systems help support secure service at working height, while conveniently positioned operator controls keep daily lift operation practical for commercial technicians.
Large 12-inch by 12-inch base plates, durable powder coat, fully enclosed lifting cables, and optional rolling bridge jacks complete the heavy-duty package. For facilities that need the longest BendPak 40K four-post platform, the HDS40X is the big-bay answer with no small-lift excuses.
